A Chapter Affiliate is not a member of SFPE, and is non-voting Fill out the Chapter membership form below, print it, and mail, with check, to AZSFPE, PO Box 41026, Mesa, AZ 85274-1026. After you also submit the form, on line, an invoice will be available to print out, and you will be added to the Chapter Roster. |

All SFPE
members, can be can an Arizona Chapter member, by request. Fill
out the form below and indicate your membership status & number. SFPE started in 1950. Today there are 52 chapters, 10 are outside the U.S., with 4100 members, which include: Fellow, Honorary, Professional Member, Associate, Affiliate, an Allied Professional. All SFPE members have voting rights. The Arizona Chapter was chartered in 1980. |
